# WP MegaManager > WP MegaManager is an AI-powered SaaS platform that lets WordPress agencies, freelancers and developers manage multiple WordPress sites from a single dashboard. It centralizes plugin and core updates, cloud backups, uptime monitoring, database optimization, page caching, team access and an AI Copilot across every client site. The platform is in public beta; some modules are themselves still in beta or on the roadmap (marked below). ## What it does Available now: - **Bulk updates** — update WordPress core, plugins and themes across many sites in one click, with optional pre-update backups and one-click rollback. - **Cloud backups** — automatic and on-demand backups to S3-compatible storage you own (Backblaze B2, Wasabi, AWS S3, Cloudflare R2), with one-click restore. - **Uptime monitoring** — 1-minute interval checks from multiple regions, instant email and webhook alerts on downtime. - **Performance analysis** — track page-load metrics and Core Web Vitals across all sites. - **Database optimization** — clean revisions, transients, spam, optimize tables across all sites on a schedule. - **Page cache management** — manage object cache, page cache and OPcache from one place. - **AI Copilot** — an AI assistant that diagnoses issues across your fleet and suggests fixes in plain English. - **Team management** — invite team members with role-based access and organize sites by client. - **Public status pages** — branded status pages you can share with clients. - **Site tools** — custom per-site links, global cross-site search and a fast site switcher. In public beta (usable today, still maturing): - **AI task automation** — AI agents that handle repetitive WordPress chores automatically. - **WooCommerce analytics** — aggregate sales, orders and conversion metrics across multiple WooCommerce stores. - **Smart alerts** — context-aware notifications beyond downtime (failed updates, performance regressions, backup failures). - **Temporary access** — grant time-limited access to contractors without sharing WP passwords. Install the free **MegaManager Connector** plugin on each WordPress site (one-click ZIP download from the dashboard). 2. Paste a connect token in the plugin to link the site to your dashboard. 3. Manage updates, backups, monitoring, security and AI tasks for that site from `wpmegamanager.com/app`.
