How It Works
WP MegaManager pulls WooCommerce data from your connected stores via the companion plugin's REST API integration. Revenue, orders, products, and customer data are aggregated and displayed in your dashboard with charts and summary cards.
Revenue & Orders
See total revenue, order count, and average order value at a glance. Compare periods to identify trends — is revenue growing week over week? Are order volumes seasonal? The analytics dashboard makes these patterns visible instantly.
Product Performance
Identify your best-selling products and categories. See which products drive the most revenue vs. the most orders. Use this data to optimize your product catalog, pricing, and marketing strategies across all your stores.
Multi-Store Management
If you manage multiple WooCommerce stores — whether for different clients or different product lines — see all their data in one place. Compare store performance side by side and identify which stores need attention.
Who it's for
Agencies managing multiple WooCommerce stores who need one overview instead of logging into each store's admin separately.
Store owners running several shops who want combined sales and order figures without spreadsheet exports.
Freelancers reporting sales performance to clients straight from a single dashboard view.
Multi-brand operators comparing how each WooCommerce store is performing side by side.
Frequently asked questions
What metrics does it show?
It aggregates WooCommerce sales, orders, average order value, and conversion metrics for each connected store. You also see top-selling products, customer counts, and low-stock alerts. Metrics are pulled from your stores via the companion plugin.
Can I see sales across multiple stores at once?
Yes. The dashboard combines data from every connected WooCommerce store into one aggregated view, and you can also compare individual stores side by side. This is the core reason the module exists for multi-store operators.
Does it work with standard WooCommerce?
Yes, it works with a standard WooCommerce installation through our companion plugin's REST API integration. You don't need any special WooCommerce extensions, though your store needs the WP MegaManager plugin connected.
Can I include this in client reports?
You can use the dashboard view directly when reporting sales to clients, since it shows per-store and aggregated figures in one place. There is no dedicated branded report export yet, so today this is a live dashboard rather than a generated PDF.
How current is the data?
Data is synced from your stores rather than streamed live, so figures reflect the most recent sync rather than the exact current second. This is a beta module, so we are still refining sync frequency and reliability across stores.
