MegaManager keeps every WordPress site you look after in one place: updates, backups, uptime, security, database health and client feedback, without logging into any of them.

It works by installing a small plugin — the connector — on each site. The connector talks to MegaManager over an authenticated channel; MegaManager never needs your WordPress password.

Connecting your first site

In the dashboard, press Add Site and give the site a name and its address.
You are shown a connect key. It is valid for 15 minutes.
Install the connector on the WordPress site. Either search for MegaManager Connector in Plugins → Add New, or download the zip from the plugin page and upload it.
In WordPress, open Settings → MegaManager, paste the key, and press Connect.

Within a few seconds the site turns from pending to connected and its first data arrives. If it stays pending, see Troubleshooting.

What happens next, on its own

Once a site is connected you do not have to configure anything for the basics to work:

The connector reports in every five minutes, so the dashboard knows the site is alive.
Available updates for core, plugins and themes are collected hourly.
Basic metrics — WordPress version, PHP version, database size, response time — arrive with them.

Backups, uptime monitoring and auto-updates are opt-in per site. They are described in their own pages.

Adding a site past the limit is refused with a message naming your plan. Removing a site frees the slot immediately.
