Team and permissions
Inviting colleagues, and deciding which sites they see and what they may change.
A MegaManager account can be shared with colleagues without sharing a login.
Inviting
Team → invite by email. The invitation is a link; they create their own account against it. Until they accept, the invitation is visible and can be withdrawn.
Site access
Access is granted per site, not to everything at once. Each share carries a permission:
- View — see the site, its history, alerts and reports. Change nothing.
- Manage — everything above, plus updates, backups, restores, settings and feedback moderation.
The account owner keeps abilities nobody else has: billing, removing sites, and starting a site transfer.
Choosing between them
Give view to anyone whose job is to know — an account manager who reports to the client, a developer looking at somebody else's site. Give manage to people who do the work.
An action refused for lack of permission says so plainly rather than failing silently.
